If you’ve ever used Symantec AntiVirus and come across problems then you may well have used the Symantec support website.  If you’re like me you won’t be overly impressed, i find the search engine they use poor and difficult to find relevant content to the issue i’m having.

Good news!  Symantec have setup user forums which if you’ve read my previous post you’ll know I’ve already used to help me resolve an issue i was having with SEP11.
